Boulder Elementary is happy to accept new student enrollments for Kindergarten - 8th Grade anytime throughout the year.  Kinder Cubs will need to complete registration testing by June 1st the previous school year.

Please complete each of the forms below and return them one of four ways:

• deliver to the school office at 205 S. Washington
• mail them to P.O.Box 1346 Boulder, MT 59632
• fax them to 406.225.9218
• email to the Secretary tawni.pettis@bgs.k12.mt.us or to the School Counselor devyn.ottman@bgs.k12.mt.us

Please be sure to include:

• Proof of residency in the district -  ie. power bill with physical address on it,
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of Immunization Records
